BUFFERING ISSUES
Buffering hiccups occur when download speeds
cant keep up with playback. If you encounter such problems, try one or more
of the following workarounds:
- Pause the video, let it
download a bit more into the buffer, then press Play
again.
- Clear
your web browser’s cache and try again.
- Close
down other apps and try again.
- Quit
your internet browser, re-open it and try again.
- Use another internet browser.
- (Radical and reliable) — Right-click
(Windows) or Control-click (Mac) the relevant video link and select "Save link as..." This will download
the entire video file to your device. If no ‘Download’ or ‘Save
as’ option is available, use a browser add-on like Video
Downloadhelper. Wait for the video to download, then play it without
hiccups directly on your device. This solution may be a bit time-consuming but it's less frustrating than workarounds 1-5. It's also cheaper than option 7.
- Get a faster internet connection.

NO TO YOUTUBE
To
hell with YouTube’s (Google’s) mindless, robotic, erratic, anti-democratic,
unilateral imposition of copyright policies contravening both the US Federal
Code (Copyright Law of the United States, 2011: §107, §118) and
legal precedents of the ‘transformative factor’.
